To determine your torso length, measure the distance between the C7 vertebrae and the top of the hip bone. Then use the sizing charts at left to choose a pack that will best fit your body type.

To determine your waist size, measure along the iliac crest on top of the hip bone. Then use the sizing charts at left to choose a pack that will best fit your body type.
Determining your Fit Type
Trim: Slightly smaller frame and more curved backpack straps designed to fit trimmer body types.
Regular: Fits most body types.
Junior: Designed specifically to fit children ages 5–13.

Day/Overnight Backpacks:
30-50 liters or 1,800 - 3,000
